All rentals are for a 24-hour
period. There are No refunds on unused equipment. A credit
card deposit may be required.

RENTAL POLICY
* You must have proof of certification to rent life support equipment, i.e. Tanks,
BC's, and Regulators.
* A Separate C-card is required for each piece of life support equipment
* No phone reservations accepted. Equipment is available on a first come first
served basis. Equipment may be reserved by advance payment.
* A deposit is required in the form of a drivers license and cash or signed major
credit card voucher, for the fair market value of each item.
* A credit card voucher may be kept on file for frequent renters.
RENTAL TERMS
* A rental period consist of one business day (not 24 hours)
* Prior arrangements can be made for day before pick-up and/or
morning after return (We're reasonable if you are).
* Weekend Specials: Pickup Friday afternoon, return Monday morning, but pay
for only one day rental.
* All major holiday weekends, along with lobster Mimi-season and opening season
weekend are minimum 2 day rental periods.
CONDITIONS
* We rent quality equipment and we strive to maintain it in
excellent condition, however, it is your responsibility to
ensure that the equipment is in proper
working order before you leave the premises.
* It is your sole responsibility to check sea conditions, boat schedules,
weather advisories, your buddies plans, your health etc..!
No refunds or credits for un-used or partially used rentals! |
